Im Konzernaufsichtsrat sitzen Vorstände der Marken, das Land Niedersachsen, Betriebsräte und die IG-Metall. Das sind die Leute, die wir überzeugen müssen, dass wir mit unserer Software Made in Europe konkurrenzfähige Lösungen anbieten können. Und natürlich zählt, dass unser Produkt geil ist! Aber oft wird’s da auch sehr politisch. Und da sind wir mit der IG-Metall an unserer Seite einfach stärker. How are decisions actually made within the VW Group? Who decides where to invest, where to save costs or even where to outsource? The Group Supervisory Board consists of executives of the brands, the state of Lower Saxony, works councils and IG Metall. These are the people we have to convince that we can offer competitive solutions with our software “Made in Europe”. And of course, it matters that our product is awesome! However, this is where things often get political, too. And that’s where we are simply stronger having IG-Metall by our side.
