Wie viele sind wir denn schon? Lohnt es sich schon beizutreten oder soll ich noch warten bis mehr beigetreten sind? Wenn nur einer mehr beitritt dann bringt das nichts oder? Ab wieviel Leuten kriegen wir einen Tarifvertrag?
Der IG-Metall beitreten ist wie in die Disko gehen: Niemand geht gerne in eine leere Disko. Stell dir vor im Laufe des Abends kommen immer wieder Leute und die sehen die Disko ist leer und dann gehen sie wieder. Wenn die Leute stattdessen bleiben würden, dann kämen schnell genug zusammen für eine großartige Party.
Der IG-Metall beitreten ist wie aufräumen: Wenn man anfängt sieht man nicht direkt ein Ergebnis. Aber wenn man nicht anfängt, sieht man ganz sicher kein Ergebnis. Hör auf deinen Beitritt auf die lange Bank zu schieben. Sei dabei! Worauf wartest du noch?

Joining IG Metall is like going to a disco. Nobody likes to go to an empty disco. Imagine that throughout the evening, people keep showing up and they see that the disco is empty and then leave again.
If they would stay instead, you would quickly assemble enough people for a great party.
Joining IG Metall is like cleaning up. Once you start, you don’t see results immediately. But if you don’t start at all, you sure won’t see any results. Stop putting off your joining.
