Was ist das jetzt mit der IG-Metall?
Die IG-Metall ist die für uns zuständige Gewerkschaft.
Der Betriebsrat und die Gewerkschaft setzen sich gemeinsam für die Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer bei Semvox ein.
Verschiedene Teilaspekte, verschiedene Kompetenzen, verschiedene Methoden.
Wie Bud Spencer und Terence Hill, wie Frodo und Sam, und wenn es hart auf hart kommt wie Cola und Mentos.
Nur gemeinsam können Betriebsrat und IG-Metall unsere Position als Angestellte im Unternehmen stärken.
Aktuell fehlt es noch beim Gewerkschaftsteil. Da brauchen wir mehr Mitglieder.
Idealerweise sollten alle Angestellten der Semvox Mitglied in der IG-Metall sein.
Wenn du es noch nicht bist, dann wird es jetzt allerhöchste Zeit.
Wenn man uns schon eingespart hat, ist es zu spät. Jetzt gilt’s, werde Mitglied.

What’s going on with that IG-Metall thing now?
IG-Metall is the workers union that is responsible for us.
Betriebsrat and IG-Metall work together in support of all employees at Semvox.
Different aspects, different competencies, different methods.
Like Bud Spencer and Terence Hill, like Frodo and Sam, if worst comes to worst like Cola and Mentos.
Only together are Betriebsrat and IG-Metall able to empower our position as employees in our company.
Currently we are lacking on the side of IG-Metall. That’s why we need more members.
Ideally, every employee of Semvox should be a member in the IG-Metall.
If you aren’t a member yet, then it’s about time.
When we’re already axed, it’ll be too late. Now is the time, join IG-Metall.
